Our Vision

The FIRST-GEMS Consortium will reduce the knowledge and opportunity gap for first-generation populations and expose individuals to information and resources that will propel their achievement and success. FIRST-GEMS will help level the ‘playing field’ that will allow first-generation individuals to compete ‘equally’ in social and professional contexts.
